What it does
Early education of children and their parents and carers by: providing home visits by trained visitors; establishing local support groups each with a trained facilitator; recruiting, training and deploying home visitors and facilitators; working in partnership with other agencies and organisations; monitoring, evaluating, improving and publicising these activities.
