THE FRIENDS OF THE CLOCKMAKERS' MUSEUM
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 7 October 2015. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
The charity exists to raise money to assist the Worshipful Company of Clockmakers Museum with the restoration of clocks, watches, chronometers and other related horological artefacts and ephemera in the Museum colection and the acquisition of items that would contribute to the collection and assist with the education of the public in the historical development of the science and art of horology.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
