THE SPACE TRUST
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 30 July 2012. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
Founded in 1989, SPACE is an organisation concerned about the disadvantages faced by homeless families in Bristol. The work involves families from many cultures aiming to empower them by offering support and friendship. The principal programme that SPACE runs is to help families with their furnishing of a new home through the collection/recycling of unwanted furniture from donors across the city.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
