What it does
Offers a range of supports to disabled people of all ages to plan, start up and manage their own health, housing and social care supports. This includes an independent source of information, start up and maintenance of Circles of Support, support brokerage, training and development partnerships with key organisations within localities, and capacity building around the north west.
