TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF THE PUBLIC BY ADVANCING EDUCATION ON HEPATITIS C AND INVESTIGATING ITS TREATMENT, HISTORY, EPIDEMIOLOGY AND OTHER RELATED ASPECTS AND BY PROVIDING ACCRUAL TO A SPECIALIST DISEASE REGISTRY ESTABLISHED IN 1991. II) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO UNDERTAKE RESEARCH ON THE SUBJECT OF HEPATITIS C AND TO DISSEMINATE THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.
