What it does
The charity promotes health & wellbeing in all our workshops and courses engaging individuals by providing comprehensive information and skills that will help people make informed lifestyle choices. The charity delivers a range of activities through our Stepping into Wellbeing programme which covers subjects around nutrition, cooking healthier on strict budgets, weight loss and physical activity.
