MEANWOOD LISHI ARTS
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 19 January 2012. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
Meanwood Lishi Arts organises, promotes and delivers classes in Weihai Lishi Quanfa or 'Lishi' for short, to people living in the community of Meanwood in Leeds. We are run by volunteers who include members of the committee who meet regularly. We are always seeking funding to pay for the costs of promoting and running the classes as we do not wish the beneficiaries to incur high fees.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
