REFOCUS RECRUITS TRAINS AND SUPPORTS EX -OFFENDERS AND EX- USERS TO TURN THEIR LIVES AROUND AND THEN TO SEEK TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN ACHIEVING THEIR FULL PHYSICAL, INTELLECTUAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL POTENTIAL AS INDIVIDUALS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE AT RISK FROM DRUGS OR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY.
