What it does
A full-time Switchback Mentor begins to build a productive relationship with a young adult offender who is working in the prison kitchens and helps them plan for the future. After release, the same Switchback Mentor offers intensive, long-term support as they move through training at the Crisis Skylight Caf+® and into paid employment.
