What it does
Stairways aims to meet the needs of adults over the age of 18 years who have special needs or learning difficulties by providing facilities for improving abilities in literacy and numeracy, for recreation and for leisure time occupation in the interests of social welfare, with the object of improving their conditions and experiences of life.
