THE BRITISH ASSOCIATION OF SKIN CAMOUFLAGE

This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 26 February 2024. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does

To alleviate the psychological, physical and social effects that an altered image can have on people's lives by the simple application of specialist products by training professionals the art of para-medical skin camouflage. We also offer a support network and campaign for a better understanding of an image that may be considered different to others.

In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.

About this record

From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
