What it does
Bridge the Gap Foundation is a UK registered Charity that was set up to tackle poverty in Africa and the United Kingdom to help people who need food and clothing mainly the homeless, single, elderly, single parents and the disabled and families in poverty that need help; and to help empower them through sustainable long term solutions to settle in their communities and improve their live style.
