LIFE MAP PLANNERS IS A PROGRAMME THAT IS IN DIRECT RESPONSE TO THE GROWING NUMBER OF YOUNG PEOPLE THAT ARE EITHER FALLING THROUGH THE CRACKS AT SCHOOL OR AT-RISK OF SOCIAL EXCLUSION AND OFFERS CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE A DRAMATIC CHANGE IN THEIR LIVES.
