PROSTATE CANCER SUPPORT FEDERATION

This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 10 February 2016. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does

Run by patients for patients, we campaign for early detection of prostate cancer and better treatment options. We support those affected by prostate cancer by seeking to ensure that men always get the best treatment options whatever the stage of their disease, by striving to remove injustices in treatment pathways offered to them and assisting and strengthening the activities of support groups.

In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.

About this record

From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
