What it does
Currently, we have not been operating with this charitable company(1125723) due to the fact that we have not yet closed down the old charity(1084586). We are still in discussion with our banker to transfer the asset and liabilities of the old charity into the new charitable company. We will be able to operate the new one by the beginning of 2013 Financial year.
