What it does
Promote the benefits of the inhabitants of Christchurch, without distinctionby bringing together statutory and voluntary organisations in a commoneffort to improve the physical and economic conditions of life in theChristchurch area and to promote the provision of facilities in the interestsof social welfare with the objects of improving the conditions of life of thesaid inhabitants.
