What it does
We work together to reduce Alden Valley's carbon footprint, and to protect and enhance our local environment. At the end of our first year we now have a local recycling point and some residents are participating in joint wholefood purchasing and an organic box scheme. We are exploring ways of protecting local woodland environments and pooling ideas for reducing our household energy consumption.
