THE CENTIPEDE TRUST
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 1 December 2023. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
The Centipede Trust raises funds for Plymouth Child Development Centre (CDC) to help provide facilities, services and equipment. The CDC includes outpatient, assessment services and therapies for children who may have a variety of conditions, many with severe physical and learning disabilities. An assessment group for children under 5 provides intervention and supporting strategies.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
