What it does
Promote for the benefit of the inhabitants of Winlaton without distinction of race, sex or sexuality, disability or of political, religious, etc by associating the said inhabitants, voluntary organisations, etc in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time with the objects of improving the conditions of life.
