What it does
To provide means by which disabled people and carers make take control of their own lives and achieve full participation in all areas of society.To raise the expecations of disabled people and carers individuallly or collectively to ensure their voices can be heard. To provide the relief of unemployment for the benefit of disabled people and their carers in such ways as may be thought fit.
