What it does
Promotion of community participation in healthy recreation, in particular by provision of grants and facilities for playing of sports and to provide or assist in provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, with the objective of improving their conditions of life.
