THE JESSICA JEWEL TRUST

This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 8 May 2024. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does

The Jessica Jewel Trust has been set up in memory of Jessica Karen Jewel Harrison by her parents to help the patients and families of the ChildrenÔÇÖs Cancer Centre at the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, where Jessica herself received treatment. We do this by providing free of charge accommodation at Haggerston Castle holiday park near Berwick upon Tweed.

About this record

From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
