TRUSTEES HAVE HAD REGARD TO THE GUIDANCE ISSUED BY THE CHARITY COMMISSION ON PUBLIC BENEFIT WHEN PLANNING & IMPLEMENTING ALL ACTIVITES UNDERTAKEN BY THE RAF BOULMER OFFICERS' MESS.THIS HAS INCLUDED THE DELIVERANCE OF A FULL ENTERTAINMENTS PROGRAMME TO INCORPORATE ALL MESS MEMBERS, WHICH CONTRIBUTE GREATLY TO THE ESPIRIT DE CORP AND SERVICE ETHOS FOR THOSE SERVING OFFICERS AT RAF BOULMER.
