What it does
We at Thamesmead Gymnasium encourage the local community to engage in leading a 'Healthy Lifestyle' by means of introducing an insight into Circuit Training, Cardiovascular/Weight Training, Advice on Nutrition, Boxing Training, and any other relevant guidance that we may be able to offer long the way.
