THE ROBES PROJECT
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 24 April 2019. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
The Robes Project provides winter night shelter for homeless people from November until April each year, 7 days a week. The night shelter is based in different venues in Southwark and Lambeth. Volunteers operate the night shelter, providing hospitality, dinner & breakfast. The Robes Project Advice Worker works with the guests to identify and address their needs.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
