What it does
We provide a range of activities to engage with our community and empowering them to take control of their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing through accessible, affordable, innovative, high quality services which have an impact on their daily lives. These activities include arts activities, complementary therapies, cooking classes, individual and group health and wellbeing support.
