What it does
Planting Promise was founded to provide free, high quality education to children in Sierra Leone. We established 3 schools, educating nearly 650 children. We funded our operations through sustainable business, producing and selling a packaged food snack made from ground cassava. Profits are ploughed back into our schools. We achieved sustainability in 2018 and wound down our UK operation.
