What it does
To enhance end of life care by providing a range of services for adults with life limiting conditions, their families and carers in their own homes.We befriend and support people in the local community with life-limiting conditions such as Cancer, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, MS and Stroke and their family carers, providing free complementary therapies to clients and carers.
