What it does
To promote the effectiveness of charities and the effective use of charitable resources for the benefit of the public by providing advice to organisations delivering youth services in the Blackwall, Millwall and Cubitt Town wards of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, and representing the interests and concerns of young people living in Tower Hamlets to such service providers.
