CHANNEL DASH MEMORIAL TRUST
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 17 March 2023. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
To foster patriotism and good citizenship for the benefit of the public at large, by the provision in Ramsgate and Dover, Kent of memorials, to those personnel of HM Armed Forces engaged in Operation Fuller on 12th February 1942 and to encourage public recognition of them, in particular those who made the ultimate sacrifice, by holding Memorial Services at both Memorials each 12th February.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
