STREET HOPE
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 5 April 2018. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
We work with disadvantaged young in the UK and street children in Kenya. Bringing these two cultures together creates a mutually beneficial partnership that transforms lives. Kenyan children are given a safe home to escape poverty and reach their potential. UK volunteers are encouraged and inspired; contributing to a decline in crime rates as YP are reintegrated into training and employment.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
