TOE IN THE WATER
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 9 November 2018. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
To provide sailing as a vehicle to re-inspire injured service personnel who have been profoundly wounded and are currently being treated at Headly Court, the defence medical rehabilitation centre. The service personnel?s active participation in competitive sailing events is a crucial part of their rehabilitation programme, although many of them may never have been on a yacht before.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
