What it does
To provide or to assist in providing advice, education and support for individuals who have undergone surgery, or are waiting for surgery for cancer of the larynx, their carers and/or families. We arrange events and meetings at two monthly intervals which are attended by hospital speech therapists or nurses with whom we work closely. We are very much a part of local treatments of throat cancer.
