What it does
Hill Homes Foundation's vision is of a vibrant society into which older people are fully integrated, enjoying an active, fulfilledlife. We aim to reduce social isolation and improve the lives, health and well-being of older people. We do this by hosting information sessions; running clubs, discussion groups and exercise classes; and organising excursions.
