WORKSPRING
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 17 March 2016. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
WorkSpring takes retailers unwanted surplus & waste and transforms it all into amazing mini self-employment opportunities for 18-30 year olds on our 6-month programmes. We also use other business surplus and opportunities for mini-businesses that the young adults can run. It's win-win for everyone. Big companies get feel-good, fully accountable CSR that is helping to tackle long-term unemployment.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
