THIS WILL BE DONE BY PROVIDING FUNDS FOR INDIVIDUAL PROJECTS WHICH FALL INTO SPECIFIC CATEGORIES, I.E. PREVENTION OF POVERTY, ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH OR THE SAVINGS OF LIVES.
