DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP UK
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 18 October 2016. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
Due to civil unrest, DWUK has postponed indefinitely a 3-year programme to develop the skills of the Batwa community through a craft/cultural centre in Muyinga province, Burundi.Activities in Burkina Faso (with DW France) ended on 31st Dec 2014. All DWF office, transport, etc equipment was donated to a Burkina non-profit association with the intention that they should continue development work.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
