What it does
To improve the education and employability of vulnerable groups and the voluntary sector in the use of communication technologies. LATV is a film production and training charity teaching all aspects of multimedia. LATV empowers and provides the necessary skills for local communities to create and run their own film production, multimedia facility and community led website.
