GIFTS AND SKILLS, CREATING A POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR INDIVIDUALS, OFTEN VIEWED NEGATIVELY, TO MOVE FORWARD. RRR CAN HELP PEOPLE TAKE UP ACTIVITIES THAT CONTRIBUTE TO THEIR FURTHER DEVELOPMENT AND TO THE LIFE OF THEIR LOCAL COMMUNITIES.
