What it does
To develop the capacity & skills of members of the socially & economically disadvantaged community of Tower Hamlets London in particular but not exclusively people of Bangladeshi and Somali origin now living and/or working in Tower Hamlets in such a way that they are better able to identify and help meet their needs and to participate more fully in society and education of English Language classes
