PETER ANDRE FOUNDATION
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 18 February 2020. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
The Foundation supports Cancer Research UK by raising funds for its "Cancer Awareness Roadshow" Units, namely through campaigns such as "Pete's Champions" as well as through the sale of specially-branded coffee packs. Monies raised help to fund buses in London and the North West that provide information about cancer and relevant local health services to the public in their own communities.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
