TO ADVISE AND HELP IN THE SETTLEMENT OF DIFFERENCES OR POTENTIAL DIFFERENCES OVER ASSOCIATED AREAS INCLUDING ARRANGEMENTS FOR CHILDREN AND FINANCIAL MATTERS.
