What it does
Growing Well is a farm-based mental health charity in Cumbria. We enable mental wellbeing and mental health recovery, train vulnerable adults in organic horticulture and work with vulnerable young people to encourage resilience in their mental health. Our service users grow organic crops for a box scheme supplying 100 local families.
