THIS INCLUDES ADVOCACY, ADVICE, INFORMATION AND PRACTICAL SUPPORT, AS WELL AS GROUPS FOR EXERCISE AND WELL BEING, CREATIVE ARTS AND PURELY SOCIAL OPPORTUNITIES.
