TIME IS USED AS CURRENCY INSTEAD OF CASH. MEMBERS USE THEIR SKILLS TO HELP OTHERS AND ARE GIVEN TIME CREDITS WHICH ARE "BANKED ON THE TIME AND TALENTS TIMEBANK DATABASE. THEY CAN USE THESE CREDITS TO RECEIVE HELP FROM OTHER PARTICIPANTS. THIS TIME IS DEBITED FROM THEIR ACCOUNT. MEMBERS CAN ALSO DONATE THEIR CREDITS TO THE COMMUNITY ' POT' AND THESE ARE USED FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL PARTICIPANTS.
