YORK INDEPENDENT LIVING NETWORK
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 12 January 2023. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
YILN enables and empowers disabled people to have our voices heard, influence the services we receive and get the most out of life. We influence policies and decisions that affect disabled people, promote equality and access in public life and provide peer support. We do this through consultation, representation, awareness raising and training.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
