What it does
To provide, for the inhabitants of Southdown, Harpenden and the public, two recreational play areas for individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances, in the interest of social welfare and with the object of improving the condition of life for the persons for whom they are intended.
