What it does
Against the Grain supports vulnerable young people to gain employment by helping them gain new skills, providing experience of work and by providing (or referring them to) any other support they need to achieve their goals. Young people are employed as trainees or apprentices in a furniture up-cycling business and supported to overcome any other challenges they may face.
