LOCKE PARK IS HELD IN TRUST BY BARNSLEY COUNCIL. FRIENDS OF LOCKE PARK FUND RAISE, ORGANISE EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES IN LOCKE PARK FOR CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS, AND UNDERTAKE VOLUNTARY WORK IN THE PARK.
