FRIENDS OF ST DENYS
This charity is no longer on the register, removed on 17 December 2024. A removal is usually a charity that wound up, merged, or fell below the income threshold, and is not in itself a finding against anyone — but an appeal still quoting this number today is quoting a charity the Commission no longer registers.

What it does
FoSD's long term vision is to support the conservation of the fabric of the building of a 1000 year old church - St Denys' Stanford Dingley. An independent charity raising funds via creative & community events, art sales & donations. It is not legally associated to the Parochial Church Council nor any religious organisation and does not contribute towards the running costs of the church.
In the charity's own words, as filed with the Commission.
About this record
From the Charity Commission's register of England and Wales, republished nightly under the Open Government Licence. The Commission does not regulate Scotland or Northern Ireland, which keep their own registers. Figures are as the charity last filed them, not as audited by us — browse the whole register, including the charities removed from it.
